In-Person & Virtual Team Building in Winnipeg

AWESOME!! What an incredible event and facilitator who was able to observe and recommend changes to the program along the way as he identified strengths and opportunities within our team.

Our event was well organized, the Outback Team Building & Training facilitator was engaging and very knowledgeable, we had fun while working through team building exercises and the cost for the event was very reasonable.

Very positive feedback on the event, and participants had fun. Achieved the goals of creating a fun environment in which participants connected and improved relationships. Interactions with staff all went very well. Very responsive, very professional.

I received nothing but positive feedback. There was lots of laughter and positive comments when discussing the actual event later that day. Lots of great pictures of the teams and some of the fun challenges they had to try and complete. All in all, I think it was a successful event.

We had such a great time! Teams worked well together and had a blast. We also left feeling really good about the ways in which we were able to help others in our community.

We had 30 managers at the conference and we found it to be very entertaining. What we really learned today was to trust each other and expose ourselves a little. In the long run, taking part in something like this and having this experience will pay dividends in our workplace with having a lot more teamwork, cooperation, and trust in each other.
