CI: The Crime Investigators

My expectation at the beginning of this was to build team. But I saw much more in this. I saw team spirit. I saw trust being built. I saw vulnerabilities in the team. They challenged each other. When you put this together you can’t overstate the importance of a great event like this in the wonderful way that young ladies involved facilitated it. It was fun. It was invigorating. It was engaging.

I have so many compliments regarding our CI: LA experience – I could apply every adjective below to each of your team members! Great team player … excellent … definitely an asset to Outback Team Building & Training … professional … fun … creative … ingenious … quick … attentive … energetic … skilled! A BUNDLE of excellence!

Team did a great job. Well organized, very friendly. The facilitator has a great public presence and did a great job of facilitating while keeping a fun and lighthearted atmosphere in the room. Very professional group, really creative with the crime scenes. Very organized, personable and great activity.

The hotel crime scene was very well staged, making it fun to snoop around and find evidence. The event was fun, without being too challenging. This event is perfect for a group of people interested in a cognitive challenge. The event fostered friendly competition, and the establishment of different groups allowed us to work with people we normally wouldn’t. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from my colleagues!

It was really interesting because it was very challenging at times and really made us think. In the end, I saw a lot of laughing and collaboration among team members. It was fantastic to be able to spend a day out of the office doing something fun, at the same time putting our heads together and learning how to work together. Great job to the Outback group. We had a fantastic day.

It was a wonderful time. A great afternoon spent team building. A lot of fun activities which were great during a two-day meeting. The facilitators and the actors were wonderful. It brought our team together and made us think about a lot of different scenarios. We definitely looked for a lot of strengths in our team and the event is customized in bringing out strengths that you don’t use in our day-to-day. Overall, a lot of fun, well worth it, and a great way to spend an afternoon team building.

The event promotes collaboration, team effort, creativity, and is fun at the same time. Everything was very well-organized and the team’s participation was a definite success. Overall, everyone had a lot of fun! Thank you. It was perfect.

Great communication from beginning to end – well-organized and, even though we had an unexpected time crunch, Emma was able to improvise and speed things up to accommodate our request. Thank you for such a fun event!

Extremely fun. Well thought-out. Very mentally-intensive. A lot of teamwork to be able to solve the problem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to build a team and have fun at the same time.
