With a background in Cultural Studies, History, and Literature, Tara has spent much of her career as a college educator and diversity trainer and consultant. There’s not a lot she won’t do to help stakeholders make meaningful connections in their work. She’s led a music and poetry project at a summer school program for Liberian refugee students in Ghana, a Habitat for Humanity building trip in New Orleans for a group of college students from Los Angeles, and a Cultural Arts & Music Festival for Atlanta suburbanites.
Tara’s love for travel, hiking and cultural arts has taken her to countries across the world. A music enthusiast and singing nerd, Tara is also a storyteller whose performance once popped up in an ad campaign.
In her free time, Tara loves to roller skate, camp, and binge on audiobooks.
